Multi Modal Logistics Hub

  • The Multi-Modal Logistics Park will spread across 20 Km, off the Yamuna Expressway, and extend between Tappal in Aligarh and Bajna.
  • The first phase of the project is on track.
  • The project objective is to develop the area with a major thrust on industrial activities.
  • The project will serve as an aggregation and serving point for domestic and international markets.

There are multiple multi-modal logistics parks (MMLPs) being developed at Jewar, Uttar Pradesh

  • Adani Multi-modal Logistics Park: The Adani Group is planning to set up this park along the 165km Yamuna Expressway.
  • India’s largest Multi-Modal Cargo Hub: AISATS is developing this hub at Noida International Airport.
  • Grade A Multi-modal Logistics Park: This park is being set up at the upcoming Jewar International Airport.
  • Logistics Park: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has proposed to develop this park.

A multi-modal logistics park is a freight-handling facility with a minimum area of 100 acres. It has various modes of transport access, mechanized warehouses, specialized storage solutions, and inter-modal transfer container terminals.
